Appointments, refunds and cancellation policy's

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION:

BOOKING POLICY

We ask all new clients to complete a Client Registration Form. This is to gather relevant clinical information about you to assess your suitability for treatments.

​

We collect personal data, such as your name, address, contact numbers and email addresses. This information is used to keep you up to date with new services and developments, confirm your appointments and to provide you with important pre and post care information.

​

We do try to keep to time. Our time is valuable just like yours! Please aim to arrive at the clinic five to ten minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for parking and checking in to ensure your appointment commences on time and that you receive the full duration of your scheduled appointment time.  If you are late, we may not be able to provide the full treatment that you are booked for because our treatments cannot be rushed this will ensure that our therapists are not late for their following appointment. A full appointment fee will be charged.

Non-refundable payment of $50 to secure the booking. This initial payment is redeemable on any treatment package purchased on the day of the appointment or products from our skin care range. 

Whilst we all love children, in the interest of health and safety, children cannot accompany patients in the treatment rooms. You are more than welcome to bring along a friend or family member to mind the children in the waiting area. Thank you for your understanding.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that you may need to change your booking, we ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment by PHONING the clinic during business hours to allow time to reallocate your appointment to another client. Please note that the clinic is closed on Sundays. Messages left on Sundays do not provide adequate notice for appointments taking place on Monday therefore cancellation fees will apply to messages left outside business hours. 

 

Cancellations must be made by phoning the clinic, messages via Facebook or Instagram will not be accepted. 

If you are unable to provide adequate notice of cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstances, you may send someone in your place (Providing they have had a consultation prior or are requiring a consultation) to avoid a cancellation fee.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or fail to attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge the following:

 

  • Pre-paid package: the treatment will be forfeited

  • Treatment: 50% of the appointment value

  • ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount

 

RETAIL PRODUCT 

Our procedures and products may not be suitable for you and whilst all due care and skill is exercised in treating our clients ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you.

In order for us to provide you with a great service it is fundamental that you provide all information requested in completing consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments.

PREPAID TREATMENT

If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals or treatment areas.

​

24 hours notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 24 hours, or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.

​

You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.

​

REFUND POLICY

Aesthetic Skin Co. By Lilly treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We are unable to provide change of mind refunds.

 

GIFT VOUCHER POLICY

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift vouchers must be presented in order to be redeemed. 

​

Our cancellation policy also applies to Gift Vouchers. Clients who do not provide 24 hours’ notice of their cancellation will forfeit 50% of the treatment total and the full cost when a no show occurs.

 

PAYMENT POLICY
  • We accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, Cash.

  • All appointments preformed the day of the treatment must be paid in full. 

  • We do not offer accounts or payment plans.

These policies in place are to confirm your commitment to attending the scheduled appointment & to protect the clinics interest in the incident of late cancellations.

​

As a courtesy, we do send a text message and email to confirm the date and time the day before  you’re appointment. 

​

If we are unable to reach you or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.

GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

Aesthetic Skin Co. By Lilly Pty Ltd (ABN 66657969661) is the issuer of this card. Redeemable in store. Card will expire 3 years from date of issue. Treat this card like cash, lost or stollen cards can not be replaced or refunded. Not redeemable for cash and can not be exchanged.

When do Gift Cards expire?

All Aesthetic Skin Co. Gift Cards expire in 3 years (36 months) after the date of purchase. 

 

What can I buy with Aesthetic Skin Co. Gift Cards?

Aesthetic Skin Co. Gift Cards can be used to purchase any merchandise or services. Gift Cards can only be used at Aesthetic Skin Co.

 

Can Gift Cards be redeemed online?

Unfortunately, Gift Cards can not be redeemed online. Gift cards can only be redeemed at Aesthetic Skin Co. Clinic. Visit our website to book online.

 

What if the terms of use change for Gift Cards?

We reserve the right to change any of these Terms of Use at any time where the change is required:

to add or remove goods or services which may be purchased with the Gift Card;

for infrastructural, systems, administrative or operational reasons or to prevent the occurrence of fraud or other unlawful or unacceptable conduct;

to comply with any contract, law, regulation or statute or order or judgment of any court, tribunal or other body having competent jurisdiction; or

where we, acting reasonably, consider that it will not be to your detriment.

Changes to these Terms of Use will be available on the Website.

 

What if my purchase exceeds the value of my Gift Card?

Your Gift Card may only be used to make purchases up to the Remaining Card Value. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the Remaining Card Value, you must pay the excess using another approved payment method.

 

How do you redeem an Aesthetic Skin Co. Gift Card?

Gift Cards can only be redeemed at the clinic at point of sale. 

 

Need more help regarding Gift Cards?

Please treat Gift Cards like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. This digital card is: Redeemable for merchandise or services at Aesthetic Skin Co. Clinic. Not redeemable for cash; Must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the card; will be void and will not be redeemed after expiry date.

Cannot be reloaded or increased after issue. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited. Purchases exceeding available balance require difference to be paid by other method. We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms and Conditions of Use.

 

Aesthetic Skin Co. Gift Card

These conditions apply to use of the Aesthetic Skin Co. Gift Card, issued by Aesthetic Skin Co. By Lilly Pty Ltd.

Purchasing or using the gift card means that you accept these conditions.

Aesthetic Skin Co. may, in its complete discretion, refuse to sell gifts cards to any person at any time for any reason.

If you let another person use your gift card, you must tell them that they will be bound by these conditions. The law of the state in which the gift card is purchased applies to this agreement. By entering into this agreement you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state where the gift card is purchased.

The gift card may only be used to purchase goods or services at Aesthetic Skin Co.

​

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.

​

Anyone holding the gift card can use its value to make purchases so your gift card should be kept secure. If your gift card is lost or stolen, immediately report this to Aesthetic Skin Co. clinic from which it was purchased. We may be able to stop gift card value being used, but take no responsibility and are not liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of a lost or stolen gift card.

We may replace a faulty, lost or stolen gift card in our absolute discretion. Any replacement gift card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date. Gift cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. We may subject gift cards to verification and security checks in our absolute discretion.

​

We may cancel any gift card, or the gift card scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains the property of Aesthetic Skin Co.

​

THE GIFT CARD WILL EXPIRE THREE YEARS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.

Gifts cards are valid for three years from the Date of Issue. After the gift card has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined. Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of Aesthetic Skin Co
